do you know how to create chat log or convesation log?
also need to create video chat recording system.

in iChat, under the "messages" icon, enable automatically "save chat transcripts" and select the folder that you want to put the files.  However, I am not sure of any video chat recording system.

for capturing an iSight session you're going to have to get creative.

But this should do the trick, simply use Snapz Pro X 2.0.2 to capture your desktop. But in your case, you'll set Snapz Pro X 2.0.2 to a fixed size of your iChat Video window. This will do the trick.
