How to Disable DHCP on an Airport Extreme

I just purchased an Airport Extreme. I would like to be able to turn of DHCP as I have a server that I would like to use for DNS and DHCP. There does not appear to be an option for this. I find that hard to believe as this seems to be a fairly sophisticated router for a consumer product at least.
