Where I can find the way to open the computer and see the SATA cable

So you are saying that when you boot up you get the signal blinking rather than the grey screen with the apple logo. The fact that the startup disk does not find hard disk at all is bad. You might try opening it and making sure that the power connector is firmly seated and that the sata spade connector is also firmly seated. Finally, as I have not opened this model myself, if you can see where the sata connector plugs into the board, you can make sure that it is firmly seated as well. If you have another known good sata cable around, you could try swapping it out. If this model has two drive bays you could try switching bays to make sure that the power connector in the first bay is good. Finally try resetting the Pram. Hold down the command apple P and R key at the same time while booting until you hear the boot chine twice. Failing that, yes, your hard drive is likely dead.
