Apple TV HDD upgrade

i'm upgrading 40GB to 320GB my AppleTV
i stuck at

dd if=/Users/Engadget/AppleTV.img count=1335 of=/dev/disk2 bs=1024k

after doing this, media partition disappear.
do you know how to mount this?

You only use this method if you have both drives hooked to your computer at the same time.  Sounds like this is not the case for you.  So, you would use the old method:

dd if=/dev/disk2 of=/Users/Engadget/AppleTV.img bs=1024k

i came this far...
diskutil eraseVolume "Journaled HFS+" Media /dev/disk2s4
if i input this, disk2s4 disappear and no media volume show up and became 2 partition table from 3.
do you have any idea?
