Hi

I wanted to know my options of all HDD hard drive upgrades for Macbook Air Original 1st edition.

I know that Macbook has 5mm, ZIF connection, PATA drive, 1.8 inches Samsung HS082HB/A

Im trying to find bigger 120GB and or 240 GB drive HDD and not SSD which is too expensive.

Please give me makes and models which are 100% match and compatible to work in Macbook Air 1st edition.

Im looking for answers from people who actually installed them in the Macbook!

Please do not quote what Ifixit shows on the picture or what some ebay sellers from China sell as compatible. I do not also want original 80GB which is fine and which I know the model of.

I want to be sure cause I have tried drive from ebay once. Which was not "compatible" enough ;)  Actually it has only compatible description and nothing else.

1. Please give make and model you have successfully used or are using.
2. Is it possible to stick 8mm drive in the Macbook Air 1st edition?
3. Have anyone tried  Samsung HS12YHA 120gb hdd?? Ifixit shows that on the picture.
