iPod iTouch as Internet Radio + USB 2.0

Can Ipod Itouch, with included Safari + WiFi + added headphones, be used as streaming internet radio?
Does iTouch include USB 2.0 so PC /iMac sees it as drive X?

For radio you will need the plug-in to play.

For seeing it as drive x, there is hack that can let you do that. It comes with a USB 2.0 cable.
