Extracting music from Ipod Touch - same problem - not solved

Hi, I have the same problem. I can connect my iPod Touch 16 GB to my Dell computer (Vista Home Premium, all updates installe) and iTunes starts upe as it should finding the iPod. But when I try to find my iPod using other software or My Coputer it does not show up as a device even I know it is connected. The solution as described here to turn the iPod to a USB disk does not apply to iPod Touch as those buttons mentione do not exist. Any other solution tips?Start Free Trial
