Allow me to rephrase your question for understanding.
Can the Blackberry share it's Internet connection with other devices like the iPod Touch?
As of firmware 3.0 and later, Bluetooth is enabled on 2nd and 3rd generation iPod Touch devices.
It is possible on some mobile cellular devices to pair with the Bluetooth on the iPod Touch. It is not possible however to share Internet unless the Blackberry supports Bluetooth sharing, or if you can create an Ad-Hoc network on your Blueberry, I'm afraid you are out of luck.

As far as I'm aware, there are no add-ons to enable bluetooth or any cables to connect it to a blackberry. However, I *think* there's a hack for the iTouch 2 that lets it use bluetooth, although I don't know how far it's come along in terms of supported profiles and such. That said, "tethering" would be very difficult as it's much more complicated.

I would look at using the Blackberry as a wifi access point, then connecting the iTouch to it via wifi. I don't know of any BB apps that do that directly, but this thread here indicates a cradle/router that might works:
