Can you please advise me on how i can do this:
I have a movie on a hardrive in avi format
I have iTunes installed on my windows computer
I want to copy the movie over to itunes and they syn it with my IPOD however when i drag and drop the movie to the iTunes app it does'nt copy over...
Can you please help me i would be ever so grateful

You'll need to convert your AVI video into a format that your iPod can view (generally MP4). There are a lot of tools, free and otherwise, that can do this. If you want to convert just one file, then you can do it via this website: http://www.grab-tube.com/c
