Hi,

I am trying to fix an IPod issue for somone with a brand new dell with Vista Home Edition installed.

I cannot get the Itunes player to connect to the itunes store.  When I attempt I get the message " iTunes couild not connect to ITunes Store.  Make sure your network connection is active and try again."

I have removed Norton, and Trend Micro and checked the Microsoft Firewall, and it appears to be configured correctly.  The network connection is solid.  Please advise.

The iPod is working perfectly on the Windows XP.

Thanks.
