itunes music moved from default location, how can i change itunes to read from the new location

i have moved the location of my music that is listed in the iTunes library from its default location i want itunes to read it from the new location.  the music was currently saved in C:documents and settings\username\my documents\my music\itunes music

i have installed a 2nd hdd in my pc and moved the itunes folder to here, it is now located at E:\iTunes\iTunes Music along with the XML file and itl file.  how can i get the itunes to read the library and music from the new loction.  i am using windows xp pro and version 7.6.1.9 of itunes.Start Free Trial
