Itunes won't sync music, photos, applications to iPhone

I just upgraded to 2.2.1. Previously all sync worked no problem. All firmwares for iphone and itunes are up to date. Itunes see iphone. restrictions are disabled. It just sync everything else but the three, when it comes to music for example, it just skipped to sync other stuff. i use mac book air, and every software is up to date too.

Please it's driving me up the wall

When you connect your iPhone, check the music/video/... tabs to see if it is set to sync those three. If it isn't, configure it as you like, if it is, just uncheck everything, disable all syncing, and sync your iPhone once. Then reconfigure them to sync and try again. It should work.

the tabs are set to sync to those three already. BUT i have tried your suggestion to uncheck everything, disable sync, sync once, reconfigure and sync again. IT WORKS!!

the tabs were set to sync but i tried your suggestion. uncheck, disable ll sync, sync once, reconfigure, and sync again. IT WORKS.
