- The Number of Author and Expert Comments
- The Number of Experts Contributing
- The Feedback of the Community
Your Input Matters Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Hello Experts,
A week ago, a user of ours could open ITunes and the ITunes Store would connect automatically and it would be the first thing that she would see. Now when she opens ITunes, it opens, but in the middle of the screen where the ITunes store would normally be, are just the words "ITunes Store". She can still connect to the ITunes store because she did a search for a band in the search box at the upper right in ITunes and it took her right into the ITunes store. She just does not see it automatically anymore upon execution of ITunes.
There have been no changes to any proxy, firewall, ITunes, Windows or anything else that would cause this. I really don't want to have to install ITunes as her library is not backed up and I don't want to mess something up. Any thoughts?
