Plug in your iphone via USB.
Go to Start>Control Panel>System>Hardware Tab> Device Manager.
Find you iPhone in that list (You can do so by unplugging and replugging in your phone, you'll see it dissapear when removed and show up when plugged in.)
When you find the driver, right click it and say uninstall.
After the driver is uninstalled unplug your phone, restart your computer, after your computer has finished rebooting replug your phone in via USB cable. Windows should suck the driver right off the phone and you should be set.

If you are unable to uninstall an application, use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility from here http://support.microsoft.c om/kb/2903 01
Uninstall your applications, then use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and if the software is in the list remove it there too.
Then re-install your applications.
