Itunes doesn't see Iphone...but Iphoto does

I have a client running 10.4.11. He apparently had a bad system update recently and took it into a Mac service center. They got him up and running again.

Now, when he plugs his Iphone in, Iphoto would open rather than Itunes. I turned that off in Image Capture Prefs, but Itunes still does not see the phone. In System Profiler, it lists the phone as being on the USB hub.

Not sure where to go from here. All counsel is appreciated! Start Free Trial
