Apple iPad shows Not charging

I have an Apple iPad 3  32Gb WiFi running IOS7 plus updates.
The issue is that when I plug the Mains charger in the iPad reports "Not Charging" in the top right corner.the is no zigzag lightening symbol to indicate charging is in progress.
If I leave the iPad for a few hours it does indeed charge.
I never had this problem prior to upgrading to IOS7 recently.
I have also tried 3 different chargers and 3 different cables

Reset IPad,

just hold the "Sleep/Wake" button on the upper right of your iPad along with the circular "Home" button on the lower middle part of the device's bezel. After 10 seconds, you should see the Apple logo. That's the sign that you've successfully pulled off a hard reset with your iPad.

I had already done a hard reset but just did it again but no change. Problem remains....

It is normal for an iPad to show not charging when connected to a computer.

But when connected to a known good outlet with the charger that came with the iPad, the iPad should show that it is charging.

Reset your iPad.
Hold down the sleep and home keys, past when you see the red power down slider and until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and try again.
So its mean no problem with software of your IPad. IT seems battery gone down. Either you have to drain your battery and then you need to try charge, or so to service center (best option, as all we know)
I googled and found many people are having the same problem since IOS7 upgrade plus I have 2 iPads with both having the same problem since Upgrade.
Maybe Apple will put out a fix?
I can get 100% charge overnight but charging is slow and I do no see the zigzag indicator only not charging message - but it is!
I also have iPad and upgraded to iOS 7 a month back, but not facing any such issue.
I will wait until Apple put out a fix.

It appears to be a Manufacturer related issue - many people have the same issue
Hi John, I told same and requested you to visit support customer service. Are you not agree with me in that case?
I had already been in touch with Apple a week ago and they accept that IOS7 required more power and a possible fix is possible in the future I was hoping for  solution to the problem by my having missed something but nobody offered one that worked.Nothing on the EE forum helped in this case and therefore I cannot accept that points should be awarded to anyone.
ViSoft only told me what I had already done before I posted the question.
If no solution is found, delete your question is the only option.
I am not  really concerned regarding all the points, my only requirement was that I received a solution to the problem - which I did not.
If it helps, give the points to the individual who protested - otherwise please delete the question.
No hard feeling please from anyone - it is only 150 points anyway.
You can also try and install iCharger from Asus, this will give the iPad assurance that it is getting enough charge from the computer and display the icon.
