Can't start Apple Mobile Device service

I don't know exactly when or how this started, but recently, when I try to connect my iPhone to itunes, it just says it can't be used because the Apple Mobile Device service is not running. Now before you ask, yes, my iPhone is software unlocked, but I don't think this has anything to do with the problem, because the software unlocking never interacted with the program as far as I know and because iTunes cannot use iPods either.

Anyway, when I try to start the service it just gives me this message : "Could not start the Apple Mobile Device service on Local Computer. Error 5 : Access is denied. I tried changing user permissions, cleaning the registry and reinstalling iTunes about a hundred times, but nothing seems to work. I just don't know what to do.
