When you have your iphone connected via USB cable, and itunes open. Look for your Iphone device on the left hand side.
Click on it, after that you will get your iphone Menu, with TABS on the top. Music, movies, Info. etc etc.
Click on the Music Tab and make sure that the Check box is Checked to Sync All Music.
After you check that, Click the Sync button.
~Hope this helps.
Well i'm assuming you mean from your iphone right?
Here's a couple of tips =)
First off if you are using the White Headphones that came with the iPhone, you can just press the "Pinch" button Once, and it will pause the music. Technically this is the same thing as STOPPING the music playback. You could technically just be on the go, listening to music and when your done, just PINCH the button and it pauses it, then unplug your headphones and your done. it wont ever play again.
I usually do this instead of just turning the volume down.
You dont really want to turn the sound off or volume down, so pinching the button on the headset is a good solution.
Otherwise if your NOT using a headset with Pinch, then just open back up your iPhone and press the pause on the song.
and your done.
Think of pause like Stop. it's the same thing.
Hope this help =)
p.s Double Tapping or Double Pinching your headset pinch button will take you to the NEXT track or next song. =)
