ActiveSync Issues on iPhone with Exchange 2003

I have followed the steps from Apple, and I use a Dell Axim w/ActiveSync to retrieve my work e-mail.  I am paying for the Enterprise Data Plan as well.  I have setup the Exchange account correctly and have installed the cert even though it's not necessary.  The iPhone will authenticate with the server and I know this because when I change my password on the domain the phone within 5 minutes prompts me for the new password.  What settings could possibly need to be fixed in Exchange!?Start Free Trial
