We have a customer who has Exchange 2003 SP2 and a 3G Iphone, i have set up the account information on the phone and it will sync the folders from the users inbox ok, I can create and delete folders and teh changes take effect reasonably quickly. He is able to send emails from his phone as well, but the user is not getting any emails coming through, either new ones or old mail.
Has anybody any ideas why this might be happening?
