Synch Contacts from Lotus Notes 7 to iPhone

Is there any easy to way to do this synch?  I'm a regular user of Notes so I don't have access to the server.  Exporting from Notes into VCF only does one contact at a time even if I choose 'all' or select all and then choose 'selected' ones.  My plan was to export to VCF, then import into Outlook 2007 under a seperate contacts folder and then synch into iPhone but I'm stuck at step 1.Start Free Trial
