Why are you selecting "OTHER"? You should instead be selecting "Microsoft EXCHANGE" for the account type.
There should be no incomming and outgoing server configured separately.

Question
Has anyone set up SBS 2003 with iPhone? Steps?
Having a heck of a time with contradictions in posts, etc. setting up an iPhone 3G and SBS 2003.
I have used the "other" option on the new mail setup and entered:
name
e-mail address
AD password (Exchange)
incoming as mail1.domain.net (our mx record is mail1 to resolve to our IP)
user server\user
PW
outgoing: smtp.domain.net
IMAP, SSL, nothing connects. Apple and AT&T have no info after nearly 6 hours with them. OWA, etc. all work fine through Safari as well.
