Iphone problems

Hi, I am having problems in connecting iphone to our exchange on SBS premium. Every time I am getting error "connection to the server failed".

On exchange imap over ssl has been configurated with public certificate (created by sbs), I have created separate access rule in ISA as per manual. However, when I do monitoring of ISA, I am not getting any hits on this rule instead I get three seperate hits on diferent rules:
