My question has been answered, I was hoping there was another method of being able to remove/copy contacts from an iPhone to outlook without using iTunes, im not to familiar with iTunes and iPhones, and my a new General Manager just started in our organization, itunes installed on her home desktop pc, she has got no idea how to extract these contacts, and im afraid installing itunes on a secondary PC could wipe the device (iphone) which would be a bit of a disaster...
No that is the easiest way to get them out. Your looking for easy & another way. So no I dont think there is anything as easy. And yes iPhones dont work well with multiple iTunes because when a new iTunes finds the phone, the first thing it will want to do is replace it with its music / etc. Why cant she back them up at home? Its simple enough to let the user do it at home.

Thats not a problem at all.
Just plug your phone into iTunes
Click your iphone under "DEVICES"
Click the info tab
Sync contacts with: Outlook!
