If you're looking to sync with tasks there are options available for that.  However, if you're looking to sync flagged messages (that look like tasks) that is a whole different thing, and I haven't found a solution yet for this.

TaskTask works great, syncs with Exchange and easy to setup.  As MoparMark points out, it doesn't show "flagged" emails though.
