iphone and sbs 2003
Having an issue connecting my new iphone 4 to sbs 2003 and exchange.
Have read many articles but still no luck.
can access account via https://mail.mydomain.com/oma
I can login here and view folders (inbox 126 messages) etc, but on the iPhone when I go to access it comes up with Cannot Get Mail "the connection to the serer has failed.
ive checked setting on the iphone a few times and all seems fine.
any ideas would be great.

can you check demazter's guide above and see if you followed the steps correctly.
Do you have a valid SSL certificate on your Exchange server? An expired certificate or a self-generated certificate can cause problems with ActiveSync.

Just spoke to IT guy and apparently he hasnt updated to service pack 2.

Yes this is how we access outlook web access.
I gave you the address above as we confirmed that we can access outlook mobile account via a web browser, but still not connecting via the phone.
