Wireless Network + Centralised Bandwidth Limit & MAC Address Filtering

Hello Everyone,

We are looking to implement a wireless system in our college.  Can someone please advise on a wireless system that has centralised Bandwidth Limiting and MAC Address filtering capabilities please?

I would like to be able to create group of MAC Addresses and allocate appropriate bandwidths to these groups.

E.g.

GroupA = 512kps
GroupB = 1Mbps
GroupC = 2Mbps

etc....
