Can not connect using apple talk to a RIP Printer Server (NT 2000)

Asked by DrewJenkins in Apple Networking, Apple Operating Systems, Appletalk

I am running MAC OS 10.4.10 and a Windows 2000 NT Server
This server only serves one purpose, hold files before being sent to the press.
The Mac is supposed to rip a file and send it to the Sever via the print command.
Apparently it uses appletalk protocols. My question is, is there an IP configuration that we should have, rather than DHCP, can we find out what the IP is supposed to be by looking at the MAC.

This used to all work until yesterday I sneezed, coughed and then raised my hand too quickly... Start Free Trial
