Mac running 9.0.4 to PC network (XP Pro)

Hello!

I´m trying to find a solution for connecting my Powerbook G3 to a PC network. Can you tell me the exactly way to do it? As written in the title, the PC is running XP Pro and the Mac 9.0.4. Do I need any programs? How can I download them?
