No Apple devices can detect the network

Hi,
I have recently built a test network with two SMC EZ1024DT switches and a linksys access point.
Any Windows device I use can operate on the switches and the access point.
However any Mac I use can only operate via the Access Point.
If I connect them to the switch it tells me the network in unplugged.

Anybody aware of any issue with the SMC switches and Macs ?Start Free Trial
