configuring entourage 2004 with sbs 2003

Hi Experts!

I am doing some work for a company but am stuck on the Mac configuration (no experience!!)

They were previously using POP3 on the native Mac mail program but also have Entourage 2004 available.  What is the best way to configure this (including an idiots guide please!! ;-) ) as I have tried a few things but cannot get past authentication.
