How do I setup emails locally on Entourage on a mac machine running exchange 2003. It needs to be setup so that it only download the emails directly to my pc and it should not keep a copy on the server. In outlook I know you can select that it downloads the email directly to an pst file. Please help me with this one
If I understand you correctly, you are running Entourage on a Mac. You have an Entourage account that connects to an Exchange server. You want to keep copies of your mail on your local Mac Entourage database.
I have a similar case. Pull down the Tools menu and select Rules. Create a new rule (mine is under Mail(POP), but Mail(Exchange) might work, too). Set up the rule to move messages from your Exchange account to a folder in your local Inbox.
