Cannot add files to netowrk share using Mac

So there is a user on our network running MAC OSX 10.4. The network share she is trying to access is on a Windows Server 2003 machine. When she goes to move a file into the share she receives a message that she does not have permission to modify the folder. However if we log onto a Windows XP machine with her user credentials we are able to move files into the folder with no problem. I have also checked her effective permissions on the folder and it shows she has full control. No one else in her department is having this issue and they all have the same model computer, OS, membership, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Start Free Trial
