    What model Mac do you have?
    How big is your hard drive?
    How much RAM do you have?
    What version of the Mac OS are you using?
    What are you using the Mac for?

    will this affect the MAC performance regardless of the H/W configuration

    As far as items on your checklist goes

    No need for antivirus or anti spyware software the Mac OSX handles it very nicely without, there are benefits to these types of software in certain circumstances.

    As for scripts for maintenance the operating system does the necessary maintenance on shut down and some on log out.

    Disk Utility is awesome but not perfect it can not fix everything, but for the most part it is as good or better than the 3rd party alternatives, on a high use machine run disk permissions and disk repair possible once a month or two weeks.

    You can purchase software to do all of these things but at a system cost on a slower machine, ( Hard Drive space, More memory used, More CPU used, slow down of internet etc... )
