To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating. - The Grade of the Solution
- The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
- The Number of Author and Expert Comments
- The Number of Experts Contributing
- The Feedback of the Community
Your Input Matters Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Hi...first of all i rarely work with Mac!!!!!
i had a siituation where a customer was using the default mail program on a mac running osX (the one whe the postage stamp as an icon)
there was 4 pop accounts setup to pull down email into the program. these 4 email accounts were be rolled into one new a/c (the old a/c were to be setup as aliases of the the new one).
beliving it to work the same as outlook express whereby if you deleted an a/c, the email itself would remain in the inbox, i proceeded to remove the four accounts.
to my horror(!) the email itself got removed as well.
i REALLY REALLY REALLY need to get this email back!!!
can any one help?
