Blackberry seen as RIM Device, No Drivers

We cannot get RIM Desktop Manager 4.3 to recognize Blackberry Device in Windows XP SP2 in Leopard Fusion environment. Error says RIM driver cannot be found. Windows sees device, but not as Blackberry Smartphone.Start Free Trial
