Mac Time machine viewable on Windows with MacDrive 7?

Ok, so we just got a time machine 500 GB backup drive for the new mac notebook in the house. It hooks up with a Cat5 cable to our current wireless router that everything is running through. I know the time machine's IP and MAC and I have the Airport setup utility and the Macdrive 7 software for windows both setup on our PC. Is there ANY way to copy files from the NTFS drive on the PC to the HFS filesystem on the timemachine? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
