Sharing Permissions Samba

Hello;

Have problem cans seem to solve....  Have network Mac and Windows...  Server is MAC sharing 1 folder...  If Windows user creates or changes file in folder permissions are ok for everyone...
If MAC user changes file permission becomes write only...  The MAC users are using Parallel and are in windows to when changes are done...

The Mac users window profile login is Administrator
The Window user profile login is his name

I have both the Administrator and the window user name in the shared user list on the MAC shared folder setting and have SMB checked
