Illustrator Crashes When I Try and Open it

Hi there,

was wondering if someone could help..

I have recently upgraded my operating system to Panther from OSX

Now whenever I try and open Illustrator (part of creative suite 12.1.0) it crashes..

Has anyone had the same problem or know of a fix?
