How to Install Leopard

My brother bought a Leopard family pack and gave me the software as a .DMG file.  I am well versed in Windows, but still pretty much a novice at Mac.  Can I expand the DMG file like an ISO or is there some other process I need to follow.  My last resort is to go to him which would fuel the Windows\Mac war that has been going on for years.Start Free Trial
