Mac OSX Lock SSH User to Folder

Zones: Mac OS X, Apple Networking, SSH / Telnet Software

Mac OSX Allows SSH users to read/write to their user folder, and Read all other folders.
How do I setup users so that they can only access their own user folder with read/write, but can't escape out of it?
