I added an Exchange 2003 account from a SBS 2003 box (installed the certificate in X509) into an existing identity of Entourage 2004. I opened and closed Entourage (Entourage --> Quit) a few times and all was well (all email accounts POP3 and exchange were working fine). I then turned the machine off and went home. On turning the machine back on I opened Entourage and it asked me to setup from default all of my email accounts (as if it was a fresh install) - why did it do this and how to i re-import the data that was there originally? Was there something wrong - we followed the document supplied by Microsoft that worked fine on another machine...
