Copy DVD Mac OS 10.5

I'm helping a colleague make copies of his DVD's on a Macintosh desktop with OS  X 10.5.x and two DVD-RW drives. The original DVD's are not copy protected.

He would like to simply insert the source DVD in one drive, a blank DVD in the other drive, and  start copying without further human intervention. The best we have achieved so far is that we can first copy the DVD to hard drive, then have to manually burn that to the blank DVD, a two step process.

Is this possible with the software that is included with OS 10.5?

If not, is there any free or cheap software to do this reliably?

Toast Titanium is the usual standard for burning on the Mac, I've also used Disco which was fine but not as quick as Toast.

Toast is generally considered the quickest and certainly used to do disk to disk although I'm not sure if it still supports that or not.

Also please note that the article above is quite old so things will have changed since then but it will at least point you in the right direction for a variety of Mac OS X disc buring software.

Thanks for the feedback. Toast is probably not what my colleague wants because of the relative cost. I am checking some of the others from the link you posted and will post back what I find.

Thanks everyone. Sorry for putting this off so long, but my friend has been busy and so unable to try this. However, there seem to be two good options mentioned above:

(1) Burn  (http://burn-osx.sourceforge.net/)  (from the link by mr-gadget)

(2) SimplyBurns (http://simplyburns.berlios.de/) suggested by AJVienna

I will be trying both of them, and they both appear suitable, so I am going to split the points.
