Question

VMWare fusion errors after installing Snow Leopard

I just updated my OS to Snow Leopard and now whenever I start a VM I am getting the following error:

(vcpu-0)
'NOT_IMPLEMENTED bora/devices/mainmem/mainMemHosted.c:1967'

It does not let me past this point.
There is a log file also, I have posted some of the tailing contents of it in the code section.

Anyone have any ideas to get this functioning without recreating the VMs?

Try reinstall fusion, probably some vmware files were replaced during upgrade

VMWare now has a version above 2.0.5 that addresses issues when upgrading to SL. check out their website. Good Luck

Yeah I had the same error myself.  Updating Fusion will do the job.

2.0 is not compatible with 10.6. Upgrade to 2.0.5 and you will have a functional VM again.
