offline files for Mac?

Is there a way to setup offline file synchronization with OS 10.5/10.6?  I have a Macbook that is joined to a Windows 2003 domain, and would like to be able to take the Macbook home to work on files and have the syncronize when returning to work.  If there is no native way of doing this, are there any 3rd party programs that you know of that work well for this?  Thanks.

Not sure which version of Parellel's you are using but here is link to their support site on how to make it work in version 4 or 5 with SmartMount.  http://kb.parallels.com/en/5161  Hope that helps.
