Cannot Connect to One Website with One Computer Wirelessly

I have recently been unable to connect to one website, http://angellms.gcu.edu, over wifi on my MacBook via my home network. What is strange is that I CAN access the website when I connect the MacBook via ethernet or if I use my OpenVPN account over wifi. I have been able to connect to the site via my iMac both over wifi and via ethernet on the same network.

I have cleared the browser settings on both browsers that I have attempted to use (Firefox & Webkit) to access the site, I have flushed the cache, changed the IP address, checked the hosts file (no IP addresses found besides the localhost) all without success in connecting to the site wirelessly without the VPN active. I am unable to ping the site using either the URL or the IP address of the site unless the VPN is active.

I have a MacBook running OS X version 10.5.4.
