How can I increase the download page speed of MacBook Pro?

There could be a number of factors.
It could be your browser (please state which one you're using).
Does the page include any Flash animation? Flash on the Mac is well known to lag behind the performance of PC systems.
Are your friends also using Macs? If so, are they higher performance Macs and on the same bandwidth network?
Providing a couple of examples of pages which load slow on your machine, but are OK on others would be a good start.
You haven't said anything about your internet connection (type: DSL, Cable , or ... ?)
There's plenty you can do to tune your network settings, the defaults are not best in all cases.
Perhaps try this from Apple (it's neither "PPC" nor "Intel" , but works for either, 10.4 required):

You should already be at 10.4.7 at least, meaning Safari will work quite well.
Otherwise you might like Firefox. You might like the Intel-optimized build this person does:

I find it loads pages VERY fast, but doesn't work well with all sites (Safari does better for some).

My MacBook Pro downloads internet pages just fine at 90% of the sites at which I use my laptop, but on the remaining 10% it is extremely SLOW. However, others who use these 10% do not experience any slowness in loading pages. How can I improve my internet speed on those remaining 10% locations/
