The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Entourage Database Problem

Hello,

I have a user that cannot open their Entourage 2004 because of a database problem. I ran the DB Utility and this is what the scan showed:
====================== Starting Scan ====================   ERROR: BlockID #6 has an unknown checksum  ERROR: BlockID #22 has an unknown checksum  ERROR: BlockID #24 has an unknown checksum  ERROR: BlockID #8 has an unknown checksum  ERROR: BlockID #9 has an unknown checksum  ERROR: BlockID #11 has an unknown checksum  ERROR: BlockID #2696 is not a deleted block and is in the deleted block list  ERROR: BlockID #12719 is not a deleted block and is in the deleted block list  ERROR: BlockID #81258 is not a deleted block and is in the deleted block list  ERROR: BlockID #123159 is not a deleted block and is in the deleted block list  ====================== Scan Ended ====================
When I tried to do a repair and recieved an I/O error. Their database is 14GB
What can I do to fix this or at least recover the emails? Thanks!Start Free Trial
