No. There is no free or reduced price upgrade to 10.5. You have to pay full freight.
However, OS 10.6 has just been announced and you might consider just moving directly to it. You can buy a package for $129, I think which includes the latest versions of iLife and iWorks.
You can also now get reduced prices on 10.5 is you shop around.

If you want to run Boot Camp, you have to upgrade to OS 10.5.
