I think my MAC is hijacked and infected. I need remote expert help to cleanup.

Can you assist with this matter? I have AVAST installed, and I get lots of scan results=ERR 13 and I cannot remove them. They result in UNPROCESSED when I want to to must them to the VIRUS CHEST.
